How Deposit & Loss Limits Work

When you lower a deposit or loss limit, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. For example, if you have a daily deposit limit of RM 500 and you reduce it to RM 100, the RM 100 cap is enforced from that moment forward — even if it's mid-day and you've already deposited some funds.
To protect players from impulsive decisions, increasing a deposit or loss limit requires a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit comes into effect. This window gives you time to reconsider. During this period, the original lower limit remains in place.
Daily limits reset at midnight each day. Weekly limits reset every Monday at midnight. Monthly limits reset on the first calendar day of each new month. Limits are based on calendar periods — not rolling 24/7/30 day windows — so plan your deposit schedule accordingly.

Self-Exclusion — The Full Details
